Understanding the cost of therapy

The cost of therapy depends on the type of appointment and whether you use insurance or pay privately. Before your first appointment, we'll explain our fees and help you understand your insurance benefits, including any deductible, copay, or coinsurance, so you have a clearer picture of your anticipated out-of-pocket costs.

If you plan to pay privately, we'll share the applicable session fee before you schedule. Please reach out with questions — we're happy to talk through your options. Insurance benefit estimates are not a guarantee of coverage or payment.

Good Faith Estimates

If you are uninsured or paying for care without using insurance, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. Contact us to discuss your payment options or request an estimate.
